Our fifth 2012 Red Diamond Achiever, The 40th Street Project, is a vacation home is coastal North Carolina built by Blue Sky Building Company of Shallotte, N.C.

The 40th Street Project is private residence intended to last for generations to come. For Blue Sky, that meant the construction of a home built to withstand the region’s most severe weather conditions.

That’s why the gorgeous home was designed with Integrity IMPACT Double Hung Windows and French Doors, which are rated to withstand hurricane-force winds. The project was nominated by Guy C. Lee Building Materials.
